ABOUT US
A person-centred,
curiosity-driven
approach to employment support.
Born from the need for something better, Incite Potential was created by experienced practitioners and employment specialists who were frustrated with systems that often overlook the voices and rights of the people they’re meant to serve.
Our response was to build a service grounded in dignity, choice, and trust.
We are proudly grassroots; a collective of independent, values-driven professionals providing personalised support across South-East Queensland. Whether you're just beginning to explore employment possibilities or navigating complex barriers, we’re here to work with you, not for you.
Our approach
We support people to explore work on their own terms, guided by curiosity, respect, and possibility. This means:
You lead the way: We follow your pace, preferences, and communication style.
We explore together: We learn from your routines, relationships, and real-life moments, not paperwork or forms.
We focus on strengths: What you’re good at, what brings you joy, and where you naturally contribute.
We build a picture: Using observations, conversations, and visuals, we create a story of who you are and what kind of work could work for you.
What drives us
We believe in collective care, not charity.
In possibility, not pity.
In your right to lead your own life, backed by professionals who truly see you..
We believe everyone has the right to feel safe, respected, and in control of their own future.
As an NDIS employment support organisation, our role extends far beyond helping people find work. We walk alongside individuals to build confidence, uncover strengths, and pursue meaningful, self-directed lives.
Why Incite Potential?
At Incite Potential, we see the person, not just the participant.
We build capacity, not dependency.
We back bold change, because it’s what people deserve.
And we know that, when done right, employment support can transform lives. We’re here to make sure that happens.

At this stage we are not a registered provider, so we are only able to bill from self-managed and plan-managed support coordination funding. However, if you believe our service is right for you, we can assist in requesting the funding be changed to allow for ongoing engagement. You are welcome to speak with us further on what this process looks like.
