The future of work

Rethinking employment for people with disability.

No limits. No exceptions

Work that fits you,

not the other way around

Incite Potential is a grassroots network of independent employment specialists providing ethical, progressive employment support across South-East Queensland.

We do employment differently. Using a person-centred approach, we help uncover your strengths, passions, and natural contributions. We’re here to help you find meaning and purpose in your life, not assess your “readiness” for work.

We’re here to build capacity, not just provide services. That means helping people lead their own lives, navigate the world of work with confidence, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

We will never push you into just accepting what’s available; we partner with employers to actively create roles that match who you are.  It’s called Customised Employment, it’s about finding real, meaningful work that fits your life.

Born out of frustration with low-quality support and system-driven priorities, we created Incite to raise the bar for participants, professionals, and the sector as a whole.

We offer reliable, expert guidance with a focus on integrity, collaboration, and getting things done.

Our core values

At Incite Collective, we are committed to delivering services that honour the unique culture, identity, and beliefs of our participants. We believe that respect, dignity, and inclusivity are foundational to quality support, and we actively uphold every participant’s right to express and practice their values while engaging with our services.

These values inform every interaction, decision, and service we provide.

  • We view each person holistically, supporting them to not only reach their goals but also to live rich, meaningful lives beyond the NDIS framework.

  • We lead with trust, believing in the best intentions of the people we work with from day one. Trust is not earned; it’s extended as a principle.

  • We continuously strive to raise the standard of what ethical, person-centred support can look like. We push boundaries while staying grounded in integrity.

  • We align our leadership, decisions, and practices with strong ethical values. Consistency, transparency, and accountability are non-negotiable in everything we do.

  • We embrace diverse perspectives and experiences, not just as a value, but as a strength that enhances our team, services, and impact.

  • We are committed to driving meaningful, radical change through inclusive thinking and practices that elevate equity, access, and opportunity for all.
