We are proud to provide personalized, strength-based guidance to support you in your journey to finding meaningful work, and ensuring you thrive in your vocation. And we always keep in mind that this is your journey, your way—we’re here to support the choices you make, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
Mainstream engagement is another passion of ours, as we don't believe the boundaries should be set for "disability" vs "non-disability" services and supports. We are all people and should be able to access the world around us as equals. Our social work service helps take things beyond the limits set by the NDIS framework to work towards creating a truly integrated support structure.
This is what we do day in day out. As experts in navigating the NDIS and mainstream services, we can help with maximising supports and plan utilisation, making sure all circles of supports are working together. We are able to offer both level 2 and specialist support coordination services.

Collaborative
No one is made to live life alone, and that applies to the job we perform as well. We know that two brains are better than one, and if we can get more, even better!
Innovative
We operate under the principle of transformative justice. This means we want our participants to be the ones finding their voice and guiding the scheme, not the other way around. We work to have the scheme see the world through your eyes. If there's an unmet support need, we will work together to come up with a solution.
Independent
We’re a small group of specialists employed by our participants, not a company. This means we don't have any competing corporate interests and always make decisions based on what's best for you.
