Melissa is a qualified Social Worker with a deep-rooted commitment to social justice and holistic family support. She specialises in working with children and families, offering both practical guidance and emotional support to those navigating the complexities of the NDIS and other service systems.

With a Bachelor of Social Work and Behavioural Science, her practice is informed by over a decade of frontline experience, including nearly ten years as a Child Safety Officer with the Department of Child Protection. Melissa draws on this extensive background to offer compassionate, holistic support.

Empathetic, honest, and community-minded, Melissa is passionate about building integrated support networks that empower individuals and families. Her work is built on a strong belief in equity, connection, and helping people find their purpose, even in the most challenging circumstances.
